How to Participate

​Join us on the journey for a healthier you. Participate in our applied human research to understand your body and contribute to science!

Get your free assessments by volunteering in our studies as listed below.

The ABIOS study aims to understand how ethnicity, and lifestyles affect biological age in young, middle-aged, and older adults. We will recruit Singaporeans of all ethnicities to participate in this research study. Cardiovascular, epigenetic, and physiological parameters of ageing will be measured to compare biological age in these participants. 

We are actively recruiting Indian and Malay Participants aged 45 and above.

Join Project ORCID's study on the oral microbiome and contribute to important health research! If you're a Singapore resident aged 40 or above, you can help us explore how diet, lifestyle, and environmental factors affect the oral microbiome. Participation involves a simple questionnaire and saliva sample, taking just 30 minutes to 1 hour of your time. Plus, you'll receive a token of appreciation for your contribution.
