About Us

2024/08/27

Mental wellness is a key facet of life quality, and sustaining it helps maximise Singapore's limited human resources. To build mental resilience and optimise cognitive performance across all ages, the Mind Science Centre conducts population studies on prevailing mental conditions that affect the three important stages in life:

  • Children and Adolescents: Building Mental Resilience
  • Students and Professionals: Managing Occupational Stress
  • The Elderly: Ageing Successfully

Our findings are then applied in the development of non-drug interventions, the training of professionals, caregivers and volunteers, and the running of community programmes that promote mental wellbeing.
